Sally Rhodes
Southwest Regional Sales Manager

Sally has been with HM Cragg for two years and has 16 years of experience in the Power Quality industry and Sales Management field. She began her career in franchise business management and sales for a large Midwestern wholesaler, and owned and managed retail and service businesses of her own.

In 1996 Sally went to work for Best Power specializing in UPS applications from .5 to 220KVA, and soon managed the northeast regions inside sales team. In 2001, she took over sales support and order management for Powerware. In 2005, she came home to sales management with Eaton Power Quality in the Midwest, handling Mfg. Rep accounts for large systems, mid-range reseller accounts and then moved to national distribution accounts such as CSC and Anixter for Eaton.

Sally is experienced in multiple areas of the power quality industry bringing HM Cragg a diverse talent that supports many of our customer’s day-to-day needs. Her management credo is to support your partners and they will support you. This is true for both customer and HM Cragg team partners, such as inside sales, application engineering, and customer support.

With many years dedicated to solving a wide range of power quality applications, such as lighting for old Yankee Stadium and supporting electronics for a major light rail system, she has a base of product knowledge crossing many industries, services and applications as well as multiple areas of business focus. The wide range of experience and ongoing training makes her uniquely qualified to support a diverse partner base.

Bruce Young
Northeast Regional Sales Manager

Bruce has 26 years of experience in the Power Protection industry. He began this career responsible for marketing and sales of power conditioning and UPS products within a fortune 500 computer manufacturer.

He started working for Exide Electronics in 1995 responsible for Northeast OEM accounts including Johnson & Johnson, Siemens Medical, Data General, Kodak and Unisys. In 2002 he was assigned to manage the Northeast reseller accounts for Powerware and Eaton, supporting both power quality and IT resellers.

Bruce joined the HM Cragg team in 2007 and works to improve both revenue and margin for his Northeast reseller partners. He's proud of his inside support team, recognizing that it's their team effort that is responsible for the success of our partners in the Northeast. His territory is from Maine to Virginia, back through Pennsylvania and New York State.

Bruce's background makes him uniquely qualified to help all HM Cragg resellers, from designing a UPS system for a computer room, training a reseller sales team on new products like Eaton's 9E, or making buddy calls with resellers to close deals.

Cheryl Minott Waters
Western Regional Sales Manager

Cheryl has over 20 years of experience in providing solutions to electrical distribution, manufacturers’ representatives, IT and Power Quality partners. She also has an extensive background in channel and distribution management. Cheryl has developed and managed many long-term business relationships maximizing sales within the Western Region. Working closely with HM Cragg’s Technical Sales Coordinators and Application Engineers she assists her reseller partners in identifying requirements and provides solutions to help increase their OEM and end user opportunities. Helping translate their business needs into power protection requirements for their LAN/WAN, remote and standalone applications. Cheryl’s expertise coupled with the experience of her HMC team, makes HM Cragg uniquely suited to recommend products for a wide range of customized applications.

Gene Abraham
Technical Sales Coordinator

Gene has over 17 years of industry experience including technical sales and sales management both at the distributor and manufacturer level. Gene has been with HM Cragg for almost four years and works closely with the entire HMC team including the RSMs, Sales Engineering, Sales Management, Marketing, Order Entry, and Accounts Receivable. In addition, he works with our manufacturers to ensure that our resellers get what they need to maintain ongoing business and recruit new opportunities. This collaboration has allowed HM Cragg to support an extended roll-out that requires the UPS equipment arrive at the manufacturer's facility for installation prior to the deployment of the integrated solution to the end customer's multiple locations. Gene also works with technical support teams to create and review specifications for projects to ensure that the end customer's needs are realized and the best solution is provided.

Kevin Hobson

Kevin has over 21 years of experience in the UPS and Power Quality industry, and has been with HM Cragg for almost four years. Kevin brings a wealth of knowledge to HMC. He is an IEEE member, as well as AEE certified in Power Quality.

Kevin is a huge asset to our entire HM Cragg sales team, as well as the HMC resellers and works closely with all of them as a technical resource for UPS and Power Quality equipment. He has provided support and trained many internal sales staff, resellers and customers on product functions, in a collaborative effort to give the highest quality of support and customer specific solutions. Kevin also coordinates technical requests with the manufacturers of the equipment we offer and has introduced and established successful relationships with multiple vendors, resulting in many win-win applications to meet our customers power quality needs. Ron manages the newly launched Business Development team at HM Cragg and has over 13 years of experience in the industry. Ron and his team of experts are focused on five key HM Cragg Initiatives including; new products, services, partnerships and alliances, and project development and management. The team works closely with both internal and external customers in order to understand product and service requirements to therefore match these with HM Cragg’s capabilities.

Since starting Business Development in January 2011, Ron’s team has identified exciting new products like Falcon Electric and IT Watchdogs and also helped HM Cragg launch a successful international business strategy.

The Business Development team has a broad base of knowledge from working with Eaton, Unisys/Burroughs, APC, IBM, HP and Fike to name a few, building expertise and a broad understanding of IT technologies and physical layer infrastructure, project management experience and power quality expertise.

This knowledge has helped HM Cragg secure large, managed rollouts that have included product procurement and inventory management, configuration, modification and integration and logistics management for a variety of businesses. Brian works closely with the customer service engineers and the technical support team at Eaton, ensuring that HM Cragg provides complete power solutions to the customer. This includes but is not limited to the sale of: warranty conversions & renewals of existing service contracts, battery updates and a variety of other UPS modifications applicable to single and three phase critical power supplies. Brian has 5 years of experience as a former HM Cragg field UPS/battery technician/installer. He has successfully operated independently and also as the lead technician in a team environment, on a variety of UPS/Battery projects. Brian’s knowledge with UPS/Battery systems gives him a complete understanding of the systems and their many configurations, which allows him in his current position to effectively negotiate service contracts.

Matt is the National IT Channel Manager and lead engineer on the newly created Business Development Team at HM Cragg. He has over 13 years of experience in IT sales, reseller channel management, engineering, and power quality design.

Matt works as an overlay of support for the entire HMC sales organization making sure they have all the tools they need to support the IT reseller channel. He shares knowledge regarding IT trends, competitive product offerings and hot industry topics. Matt works with the HMC sales team in a collaborative effort to give the highest quality of support and customer specific solutions. Matt’s diverse experience gives him the ability to understand the needs, fears and pain points of information technology managers, which allows him to help the organizations run more efficiently, save money, increase productivity and become more environmentally conscious.
