Working for HM Cragg has been a great experience for me so far…it’s wonderful being able to work for a small company whose values match mine. I have the flexibility to give back to the community, which is a huge part of who I am, and I love that HM Cragg allows me the time to do that. HM Cragg is a 100% employee-owned company. I was part of the original ESOP Committee. I came to HM Cragg over 15 year ago, because it was a breath of fresh air and an escape from corporate America where you were just a number, not a person. I believe, as an ESOP, we are reminded that we are not just a number and that we are OWNERS! We reflect on the value of that and the opportunity that it gives us all.
