A company is only as strong as the people behind it.  Here at HM Cragg, we value that statement, but more importantly, we value our people and the talent they bring to our company every day.   We know that without our people, we would not be the successful company that we are today nor will we be able to attain the bright future that lies before us.  Like the pride we take in our employees, our employees take pride in our company and are honored to be part of the HM Cragg family.

Working for HM Cragg has been a great experience for me so far…it’s wonderful being able to work for a small company whose values match mine. I have the flexibility to give back to the community, which is a huge part of who I am, and I love that HM Cragg allows me the time to do that. The other great thing is that HM Cragg is 100% employee owned, so we definitely all have a voice. It’s like being an entrepreneur with the stability of a corporation backing you. We can submit ideas about ways to improve processes, or try something new and people actually listen. I’ve been able to implement some of my ideas and that’s been a great experience.

HM Cragg is a 100% employee-owned company.  I was part of the original ESOP Committee.  I came to HM Cragg over 15 year ago, because it was a breath of fresh air and an escape from corporate America where you were just a number, not a person.  I believe, as an ESOP, we are reminded that we are not just a number and that we are OWNERS!  We reflect on the value of that and the opportunity that it gives us all.  We all share in the success of the company, which gives us the incentive to participate as OWNERS, not just an employee.
