Updated Eaton/Tripp Lite Deal Registration Process
The Deal Registration Process for Eaton & Tripp Lite now requires that Deal Registrations are registered for all applicable product lines. If a project is initially registered as an Eaton Single-Phase opportunity, we will no longer be able to apply the discounts to other product lines not listed under that approval. If an Eaton Single Phase UPS opportunity becomes one that adds a TrippLite PDU or Smart Rack, reseller partners now need to go back into the portal under the same Deal Registration approval and ask for the requested product lines to be added. Once those product lines are approved under the Deal Registration, we can then extend the discounts.
In an effort to save time, we suggest fully vetting projects prior to registering the deal. It is strongly encouraged that part numbers from multiple product categories are added as appropriate for the opportunity to avoid delays with future approvals. Once a part number within a product category is approved your deal registration is covered for other part numbers within that product category.
