Happy Thanksgiving from HM Cragg

Please note that in observation of the holiday, our offices will be closed November 27 and 28. We will resume normal business hours on Monday, December 2.
Eaton Includes Startup Service on 9PXM UPSs
Did you know all Eaton 9PXM UPS units now come with startup service? What does this mean for you? An Eaton-trained technician arrives onsite and performs the startup, providing you with peace of mind that the startup has been performed correctly.
In addition, the factory warranty has been updated: If Eaton performs the startup, the factory warranty covers parts and labor for the full warranty period. If Eaton does not perform the startup, the factory warranty covers parts for the full warranty period and labor for 90 days.

Eaton Price Change Announcement
As noted in our last PowerPlay, Eaton will have a list price change effective December 19, 2025. The part numbers, pricing, and percentage increase can be reviewed by clicking this link.
We urge you to work with your customers to get your orders in with HM Cragg before December 19, 2025, as orders placed by that date will still be eligible for current pricing.
