New HM Cragg Capability Showcase Video
This new Capability Showcase video illustrates how HM Cragg's Custom Solutions Group created an industrial UPS system to support pump-house motors in a municipal water treatment facility. The system was enclosed in a NEMA Type 4 enclosure, with the complete system being designed and built to customer specifications.
If you have customers in the water/wastewater space, it is likely they have a need for our CSG service. Please reach out to your HM Cragg Sales Manager to talk about how we can help you solve your customer's power problems.
Eaton Infographic Compares Lithium-Ion Against Lead-Acid
If you're still weighing the pros and cons of lithium-ion vs. lead-acid batteries, Eaton compared two of their IT-pro-favorite models and crunched the numbers to help you decide. Their infographic does a great job comparing the two types of batteries using typical metrics, but presenting the results in a fun, easy-to-understand way.
If you have questions about Eaton's lithium-ion UPSs, please contact your HM Cragg Sales Manager.

Update on HM Cragg's New ERP System
We are excited to share that HM Cragg has successfully gone live with our new, company-wide Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. As indicated in previous communications, the new ERP will improve our responsiveness and ability to partner with you, as well as help streamline internal operations that support customer and vendor requests.
While the launch of the ERP was successful, there are expected and normal learning curves as the team gets acclimated to the new system. During this learning process, we anticipate occasions where we may not be as expedient with responses as we want. We appreciate your patience during this process, and are excited for our team to get fully trained up to deliver the overall improvements that will help us serve you better!
What does the new ERP systems mean for you?
•No action required: There's no need for any action on your part. We're working diligently to ensure a smooth transition.
•Potential invoice layout changes: You may notice a change in the layout of our invoices. However, all essential information, such as payment terms and contact details, will remain the same.
•As mentioned above, the expected goal is to provide you with a more streamlined and responsive customer experience.
