The BXM provides an additional 27+ minutes of battery support for the Powergrid™ UPS BackPlane module. The BXM can be connected directly into the BackPlane module in any available slot in support of a 800 watts BackPlane UPS stack.

It can be stacked up to 10 units to create and large capacity battery “cell”. The BXM can be connected directly to a Powergrid™ UPS, or when stacked, can be connected to up to 4 Powergrid™ 1500 or 2 Powergrid™ 3000 UPS systems utilizing the various available VDC power distribution block and cables.

The design represents the latest advancement in rugged power electronics providing highly reliable power management services for mobile, battlefield, and harsh industrial environments. The technology is implemented with a stacking design that allows multiple Powergrid™ 1500 units to be interconnected. The Powergrid™ 1500 VA / 1200 watts DC UPS provides selected AC output power services for the power support of VAC based user equipment. The VAC model can be configured to provide either 120V 60hz or 230V 50hz fully regulated power while maintaining its global AC/DC auto sensing auto switching input power capabilities. The PG1500 UPS provides a highly sustainable field VAC power source that is fully supported by our proprietary Advanced Cold Pak™ battery design.
  • The AJ’s backplane system for shipboard zonal power management provides a stackable and flexible power solution with user interfaces. Backplane systems are available in sizes from 3U to 10U housing as many as 10 UPS modules or battery modules. The backplane provides a stackable and flexible power solution with user interfaces including electrical connections, circuit breakers and system communication ports in a compact design that fits into standard 19 inch equipment racks. SNMPv3 signals provide network monitoring of entire system. Connect the backplane System to an optional COTS Power Distribution Unit (PDU) for additional functionality and interconnection to shipboard systems.

AJ's AC to DC power supply will filter out transient voltages to provide a clean and stable power bus for sensitive equipment. The highly reliable and rugged power supply can be sized to meet your exact power needs up to 14,400 watts. The power supply is designed to meet applicable MIL Standards including MIL-STD-1399, MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-810.
