The IP67 ingress protection rating and fanless cooling allows for highly reliable operation under the most adverse conditions. Our newest product is a 300 watt 28VDC output unit available with an DC input to run from military vehicle power (per MIL-STD-1275) or battery power . The power supply will safely power critical systems while filtering voltage spikes and dropouts typically seen where power quality is poor. With a compact form factor and light weight, the power supply can easily be integrated into existing equipment or mounted externally. The military ruggedized universal input tactical power conditioner has unique features designed to meet all the military standards. This system has many unique features such as over voltage, over current, over temperature and short circuit protection. Stainless steel side rails allow for multiple rack depths and the system has field replaceable filters and fans. This system also contains a 24VDC emergency input that will allow for the system to be powered from any 24VDC source if or when AC inputs are not available. EMI/EMC – The conditioner system has been designed to comply with all of the radiated emissions, susceptibility and conductive emissions requirement of the applicable sections of MIL-STD-461E. These techniques have been used successfully by AJPS to comply with these standards many times in the past. The following is a list of methods used for controlling emissions:- Metal chassis with gaskets on all non sealed interfaces.

Each Powergrid™ Power Distribution block allows for the power bus distribution or consolidation of an AC power flow at a 1:4 ratio and can be utilized to connect up to four Powergrid™ ruggedized UPS or the Powergrid™ UPS battery expansion module systems to a single AC power source. Each of the four output ports (P2-P5) are supported by a independent push/pull breaker allowing primary power to each UPS or battery expansion module to be disconnected from the primary power bus by the user as required. The mounting brackets are designed to be removable or rotated either 90°/180°/270° to allow maximum mounting flexibility. This unit can also be utilized to consolidate VAC outputs of a stack of Powergrid™ UPS units and provide long line connection for a remote RPIM. -

Remote Power Interconnect LBI transit case power supply power distribution is utilized for the connection of user equipment to up to 4 Powergrid™ UPS systems. Each Powergrid™ Power Distribution unit is equipped with 6 standard NEMA 5-15P connections for interconnecting user equipment and 4 male MIL-style connectors for the power connection to up to 4 Powergrid™ UPS systems. The unit also hosts one MIL-style female connector for the interconnection or daisy chaining of one PG-RPIM-STD if additional user equipment connections are required. The unit is equipped with one primary power breaker that will disengage power to all user equipment ports as needed. The ruggedized PG-PRIM-STD is a military circular connector power distribution utilized for the connection of user equipment to a single Powergrid™ UPS system. Single or three phase options. Each Powergrid™ power distribution unit is equipped with 8 standard NEMA 5-15P connections for interconnecting user equipment and one male MIL style connector for the power connection to the single Powergrid™ UPS system. Each of the user equipment ports is equipped with an independent power breaker allowing the user to disconnect power to any one of the equipment power connections as required. In addition, this unit is equipped with one primary power breaker that will disengage power to all user equipment ports as needed. Ruggedized 1500 VA / 1200 watts UPS is a full double conversion rack mount tactical uninterruptible power supply in a 1U (1.73” high) ruggedized chassis that is 23” in length weighing less than 27 pounds. The Powergrid™ technology is implemented with a Load Balancing Interconnect (LBI) design that allows up to 5 of the Powergrid™ 1500 units to be interconnected to create a 1200, 2400, 3600, 4800, or 6000 watts uninterruptible power solution. The LBI interconnects the inverter and power circuits in each unit allowing them to work together to provide a fully meshed, load balanced and uninterruptible power grid for the attached systems. Each attached UPS will provide its share of the demanded power while ensuring frequency and power synchronization with its attached neighbors.
