The MIL-VIC Series™ Low Output Converter is a ruggedized military compliant DC to DC systems built for deployment and operations equipment. This series is available to all military, homeland security and government contractors. Light weight and built for reliability, these fully ruggedized systems are ready for world wide deployment. It provides 24 VDC Military (MIL-STD-1275) compliant input (9-36 or 18-36VDC Range) power with a multitude of output possibilities to include custom systems as required. The MIL-VIC Series™ High Output Converter is a ruggedized military compliant DC to DC systems built for deployment and operations equipment. These systems have internal surge suppression and wide temperature ranges. The MIL-VIC Series™ High Output Converter is available in both chassis mount and rack mount Configurations. Our overall concept consists of aluminum sealed case with thermal dispersion via the bottom of the chassis through conduction cooling (Can also be configured with an external heat sink). The other option is an internal fan design for power supply cooling (shown in the picture below). This unit will be designed as a ruggedized military power system. It has an input range of 9-36VDC or 18-36VDC and is designed with a multitude of regulated outputs as shown in the table below. The input/output will be provided via a military circular connector or bus bars for larger power options. This power supply is designed with weight and size in mind. -

Ruggedized 1500 VA / 1200 watts UPS is a full double conversion rack mount tactical uninterruptible power supply in a 1U (1.73” high) ruggedized chassis that is 23” in length weighing less than 27 pounds. The Powergrid™ technology is implemented with a Load Balancing Interconnect (LBI) design that allows up to 5 of the Powergrid™ 1500 units to be interconnected to create a 1200, 2400, 3600, 4800, or 6000 watts uninterruptible power solution. The LBI interconnects the inverter and power circuits in each unit allowing them to work together to provide a fully meshed, load balanced and uninterruptible power grid for the attached systems. Each attached UPS will provide its share of the demanded power while ensuring frequency and power synchronization with its attached neighbors. -

This series is available to all military, homeland security and government contractors. Light weight and built for reliability, these fully ruggedized systems are ready for worldwide deployment. The MIL-PWR-VIC Series™ provides 28 VDC Military (MIL-STD-1275) compliant DC input (20-36VDC Range) or universal VAC (100-264VAC) input from shore power or generator power with a multitude of output possibilities to include custom systems as required. These systems have internal surge suppression and wide temperature ranges. The MIL-PWR-VIC Series™ is available in multiple different color configurations and can be customized to meet desired requirements. Our overall concept consists of aluminum watertight sealed case with a central heat plenum for front to back airflow (Can also be configured with an external heat sink). The MIL-PWR-VIC-28-2000 has been designed as a ruggedized military power system to hold up to MIL-STD-810G shock and vibration. The input/output will be provided via a military circular connectors as well as sealed AC & DC input circuit breakers. This power supply is designed with weight and size in mind and has built in handles for easy carrying. -

The MIL-PWR Series offers a highly reliable standard Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) solution while providing shortened lead times in a rugged design. The output power levels range from 0-10,000 watts in a 1U-3U standard 19” rack mount configuration. The universal AC input of 90-264VAC can be either single or three phase for your configuration. Standard output options are available with a factory adjustable +/-10% of 3.3V, 5V, 12V, 24V, 28V & 48V (custom output voltages are available). The front to back airflow allows for cooling through the EMI covers and are easily removed and cleaned. The chassis is rated and designed for radiated and conducted EMI emissions. The MIL-INV Series™ family of inverter products provides reliable, cost effective DC to AC power conversion in a 500 watt solution and has no forced air cooling. The heat produced by the internal power conversion is removed by the exterior cooling fins. Options are available with 12VDC, 24VDC & 48VDC input ranges with either a true sine wave or modified sine 120VAC or 230VAC output.
