The MIL-PWR-VIC-28-2500 is a ruggedized military high output power converter system built for deployment and operations equipment. This series is available to all military, homeland security and government contractors. Light weight and built for reliability, these fully ruggedized systems are ready for worldwide deployment. The MIL-PWR-VIC Series™ provides 28 VDC Military (MIL-STD-1275) compliant DC input (20-36VDC Range) or Universal VAC (100-264VAC) input from shore power or generator power with a multitude of output possibilities to include custom systems as required. These systems have internal surge suppression and wide temperature ranges. The MIL-PWR-VIC Series™ is available in multiple different color configurations and can be customized to meet desired requirements. The MIL-INV Series™ family of inverter products provides reliable, cost effective DC to AC power conversion in a 500 watt solution and has no forced air cooling. The heat produced by the internal power conversion is removed by the exterior cooling fins. The Powergrid™ technology is implemented with a Load Balancing Interconnect (LBI) design that allows up to 5 of the Powergrid™ 1500 units to be interconnected to create a 1200, 2400, 3600, 4800, or 6000 watts uninterruptible power solution. The LBI interconnects the inverter and power circuits in each unit allowing them to work together to provide a fully meshed, load balanced and uninterruptible power grid for the attached systems. It has an input range of 9-36VDC or 18-36VDC and is designed with a multitude of regulated outputs as shown in the table below. The PG-400-UPS-HR is a rugged full double conversion 2U half rack UPS (3.45” high, 8.81” Wide) chassis that is 13” in length weighing in at 12 pounds. The PG400 utilizes the same proven full double conversion design of other Powergrid™ models in a highly portable half rack configuration for use with small man portable/deployable systems. The PG400 has an embedded Lithium Iron Phosphate Battery module with in excess of 10 minutes of hold time at 80% load. The ruggedized PG-PRIM-STD is a military circular connector power distribution utilized for the connection of user equipment to a single Powergrid™ UPS system. Single or three phase options. Each Powergrid™ power distribution unit is equipped with 8 standard NEMA 5-15P connections for interconnecting user equipment and one male MIL style connector for the power connection to the single Powergrid™ UPS system. Each of the user equipment ports is equipped with an independent power breaker allowing the user to disconnect power to any one of the equipment power connections as required. In addition, this unit is equipped with one primary power breaker that will disengage power to all user equipment ports as needed. The military ruggedized universal input tactical power conditioner has unique features designed to meet all the military standards. This system has many unique features such as over voltage, over current, over temperature and short circuit protection. Stainless steel side rails allow for multiple rack depths and the system has field replaceable filters and fans. This system also contains a 24VDC emergency input that will allow for the system to be powered from any 24VDC source if or when AC inputs are not available. EMI/EMC – The conditioner system has been designed to comply with all of the radiated emissions, susceptibility and conductive emissions requirement of the applicable sections of MIL-STD-461E. These techniques have been used successfully by AJPS to comply with these standards many times in the past. The BXM contains a compliment of 6 lithium iron phosphate battery packs configured in the Cold Pak™ design. The BXM is a 1U (1.73” high) rugged chassis that is 21.75” in length weighing 20 pounds. The BXM provides an additional 27+ minutes of battery support for the Powergrid™ standalone UPS and can also be stacked up to 10 units to create and large capacity battery “cell”. The BXM can be connected directly to a Powergrid™ UPS, or when stacked, can be connected to up to 3 Powergrid™ UPS systems utilizing the various available VDC power distribution block and cables. -
